Interactive Digital Catalog

I redesigned the navigation and purchase flow of the digital catalog, the main ordering channel for consultants across multiple countries.

Result:

+9% sessions, +6% cart entries after the third release.

Views of some catalog pages and the available products, plus the inner Product Detail and Shopping Bag views.

Context

The digital catalog was a web-browsable PDF with no interaction. The opportunity was to turn it into an eCommerce experience: clickable products, a detail view for each one, and pre-orders sent directly to the consultant. More than a user pain point, it was a business opportunity that enabled upselling and generated demand data.

  • Clickable products within each catalog page, with access to detail (price, usage tips, scents).

  • Integrated pre-order flow: the customer adds products and they're automatically linked to their consultant.
